Cycle Butik's service warranty is 14 days from date of service.

If you are not completely satisfied, please bring your bike back and our technicians will check over the repair and correct any issues that may be found at no cost to you.

Any additional parts that were not included in the initial repair are not covered under the service warranty.

Cycle Butik's warranty coverage is 1 year from the date of purchase on all products we sell unless otherwise specified in the product's manufacturer warranty statement.

Our warranty excludes:

a) damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse;

b) damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer's intended use of the product.

c) normal wear & tear on items such as tires, tubes, brakes, gear cables, and brakes.

The Service Agreement applies to the original owner only. Please provide your receipt when bringing your bike in for service.

Shipping & Handling:

All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Cycle Butik.

Voiding of Warranty:

Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Cycle Butik will void this warranty.

Limited Liability:

Cycle Butik DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. For additional questions concerning warranty service, please contact Cycle Butik's customer service.

Cycle Butik will special order any part or accessory with a deposit of 50% up front.

Delivery is dependant on the supplier and is not the responsibility of Cycle Butik.

Installation will be made upon full payment of your special order.

Cycle Butik will custom build your bike to your exact specifications.

All custom builds require a deposit of 50% up front.

If you purchase a new bike from Cycle Butik our experienced technicians will calculate your optimum frame size and riding position to ensure your new bike fits you correctly at no additional cost to you.

• - 14 day pick up: $7.00 storage fee.


• - 30 day pick up: $15.00 storage fee.


• - 30 days or more: $1.00 per day.


• - 60 days or more: Abandoned.
  Bicycles left 60 days or more are donated to charity.


• - In the event, that the 7 day pick up is unavaliable due to high volume, 14 day pick up is no charge.
